Citizens Unted to Protect Our Public Safety, Schools, and Communities
A large broad-based bi-partisan coalition including teachers, and other educators, firefighters, police, concerned citizens, social service organizations, business people, health care professionals, labor unions, senior citizens and faith-based organizations and many others have come together to defeat TABOR because it will harm Maine's ability to keep pace with our economy and way of life.

Defend Michigan is a bipartisan coalition of more than 100 diverse groups dedicated to educating Michigan residents about Proposal 6, the proposed constitutional amendment that would significantly reduce state and local public services. The coalition's aim is to educate voters about the proposal, which is a constitutional amendment to limit state spending and add another layer of bureaucracy to local, county and state government. The proposal is part of a national campaign being waged by outside interests in various states throughout the nation. It would seriously damage Michigan government services and our state's already fragile economy.
