Defend the Judicial System

The campaigns below have come together to protect their judicial systems from anti-American attacks from Howie Rich and his extremist cronies. Click the links to be taken to the campaigns' own Web sites, where you can learn more about defending your community against out-of-state meddling.

Colorado -- Coalition to Protect Colorado Courts

CPCC is a broad-based bi-partisan organization dedicated to defeating judicial term limits in Colorado. We are reaching out to organizations and individuals across the state to join us in protecting the quality, fairness and integrity of our judicial system. A diverse coalition of organizations, including the Denver Chamber of Commerce, the Colorado Judicial Institute, the Colorado Bar Association, the League of Women Voters and Common Cause, has already pledged their support for our efforts.

Montana -- Not in Montana: Citizens Against CI-97

A small group of Montanans, backed by big out-of-state money, is pushing a dangerous ballot initiative called CI-97 (SOS). New York City real estate multi-millionaire Howie Rich and his group, Americans for Limited Government, paid out-of-state signature gatherers over $275,000 to get CI-97 on Montana's November ballot. Despite two court rulings saying CI-97 is invalid in two separate cases, CI-97 will still appear on the ballot. The fight is not over yet. View the TV commerical.
UPDATE: TABOR is off the ballot in Montana
