Attacking Judges

The third piece of Howie Rich from New York City's anti-government "three-headed monster" is a series of initiatives that seeks to weaken judicial systems in four states.

In Colorado, Howie's initiative would set up term limits for judges - and make it retroactive for judges already on the bench. The law would essentially write pink slips for 12 sitting judges, and clear off most of the Colorado Supreme Court in just a couple of years. Why doesn't Howie want Colorado's judges on the bench anymore?

In Montana, where every judge already runs for office, Howie's measure would create a new layer of recall elections to kick judges out for specific decisions. This sounds like a recipe for chaos in Montana's judicial system...and why does Howie Rich from New York City care about decisions in Montana?

Could it be that Howie Rich from New York City would like to manipulate the courts to deliver results to his special interest friends, rather than deliver justice?

Whatever the underlying reason, Howie's measures are unnecessary and dangerous to American justice.
